Explosion outside of SBU office in Odesa termed as terror attack - police
A criminal case of a terror attack has been launched in relation to the explosion outside of the office of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) in Odesa in the early hours of Sunday.
"In relation to the fact criminal proceedings have been launched under Article 258 p. 2 (act of terrorism) of the Ukrainian Criminal Code. The article entails confinement for a term of seven to 12 years with or without the confiscation of property," a Sunday report of the press service of the Interior Ministry department for Odesa region says.
