Yatseniuk supports experiment on selling state agricultural land at auction until moratorium is lifted

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has spoken out in favor of holding an experiment on public and transparent sales of state agricultural land at auction.

"Until the moratorium is lifted, we need to conduct an experiment that I strongly support – a selective experiment on public and transparent sales of the state land at auctions. We'll see both market conditions, the mechanism and the value," he said at a field meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in Poltava on Wednesday.
