Vitali Klitschko to stand in Kyiv mayor elections

The territorial organization of "Petro Poroshenko Bloc Solidarity" in Kyiv has nominated the current Mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko to stand in the upcoming elections for the position, Klitschko's press secretary Oksana Zinovyeva has said.

"The conference of the territorial organization of 'Petro Poroshenko Bloc Solidarity' in Kyiv nominated Vitali Klitschko as candidate for the position of Kyiv's mayor," she wrote on Twitter on Monday.
