Radical Party suits against Rada on illegal stripping of deputy immunity from Mosiychuk – Liashko

Radical Party leader Oleh Liashko has said that his party suit against Verkhovna Rada on acknowledging the parliament's decision to strip his party fellow Ihor Mosiychuk of the deputy immunity has been registered at High Administrative Court of Ukraine.

"The administrative suit was registered at the High Administrative Court of Ukraine to recognize the Verkhovna Rada decision to arrest and bring to criminal account I. Mosiychuk as illegal one," Liashko said at the court session during the break.
