Radical Party to challenge parliament's decision to strip MP Mosiychuk of parliamentary immunity in court – MP Liashko
Oleh Liashko, the leader of the Radical Party and its parliamentary faction, has said that the political force he heads would challenge the decision of the parliament to strip MP Ihor Mosiychuk of parliamentary immunity in court.
"We would challenge the decision. Now the decision is in the higher administrative court. Today, MP Kupriyenko, our colleague, who settles legal issues, has drawn up the claim. It is signed and today the claim will be registered in court," Lishko told reporters near the building of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv where court will hold a bail hearing regarding Mosiychuk.
