Shokin announces investigation into lawmaker, displays police footage allegedly showing Radical Party member Mosiychuk
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin has said that law enforcement agencies are investigating the illegal activities of a Ukrainian lawmaker, and subsequently presented in parliament police footage shot by the Prosecutor General's Office which allegedly shows Radical Party member and MP Ihor Mosiychuk.
"The Prosecutor General's Office is probing into a criminal case, into grave and especially grave crimes committed by one of the parliamentarians of Ukraine. In the course of the inquiry all evidence of these crimes was collected," Shokin said.
Afterwards, he presented the video which allegedly shows Mosiychuk telling an interlocutor about a 'price list' for deputy interests.
