NSDC backs presidential proposal to remove European journalists from sanctions list
The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) has backed the proposal made by President Petro Poroshenko to remove European journalists from the sanctions list, the NSDC press service has reported.
"Bearing in mind the broad public response and the strategic importance of relations with the European Union, the Ukrainian NSDC has backed the proposal made by the president of Ukraine to lift the sanctions against European journalists," the NSDC press service reported on Thursday.
