Centrenergo gets 30,000 tonnes of coal from Russia last week - Demchyshyn
PJSC Centrenergo last week received 30,000 tonnes of coal from the Russian Federation, Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Volodymyr Demchyshyn has said.
"As far as I know, there are contracts [of Ukrainian companies] for imports of 200,000-300,000 tonnes of coal per month from Russia. Centrenergo last week received 30,000 tonnes. According to the information I have, Donbasenergo will also import coal," he said at a briefing in Kyiv.
Demchyshyn added that coal imports from South Africa remains on the agenda.
