All "Normandy four" members favor prompt weapons withdrawal - source
All participants in the meeting in the "Normandy format" in Berlin agree that an agreement on the withdrawal from the contact line in Donbas of light and heavy weapons should be reached and implemented as soon as possible.
"There is broad debate on how to stabilize the ceasefire regime. All sides have agreed that the agreement on the withdrawal of light weapons [caliber less than 100 mm] and tanks should be reached and implemented as soon as possible," a source in one of the western delegations participating in the negotiations between the foreign ministers of the "Normandy format," which are now held in Berlin, told Interfax.
