Russia sanctions not be lifted until Minsk completed – Nuland
The United States is ready to enlarge the sanctions against Russia in case the latter fails to adhere by the Minsk accords, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland said.
"We are clear that until Minsk is completed sanctions [against Russia] will not be lifted," said Nuland at the 12th annual meeting of Yalta European Strategy (YES) in Kyiv on Saturday, adding that if other way, some sanctions could be even rolled up.
