Ex-head of Aviation Service Antoniuk to be placed under house arrest - SBU

The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office has notified the former chairman of the State Aviation Service Denys Antoniuk of being suspected of abuse of power or position under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code after evidence was uncovered by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the SBU press center has reported

"The former official is charged with obstructing individual air carriers and enterprises from providing services in the field of aviation. A preventive measure of house arrest will be applied to him," the SBU said.
