Poroshenko, Merkel, Hollande think elections in certain Donbas regions to endanger political settlement
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande have come to a conclusion in a telephone conversation on Wednesday night that elections in certain Donbas regions will endanger the further political settlement of the situation, the Ukrainian presidential press service reported.
"The leaders of Ukraine, Germany and France aged that the holding of by-elections in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions will violate the Minsk agreements and will endanger the process of the further political settlement," the press service said in a statement.
