Oleh Prozhyvalsky appointed CEO of MTS Ukraine

Oleh Prozhyvalsky, the deputy director for corporate governance and company control, has been appointed as CEO of PJSC MTS Ukraine, according to a company press release.

According to the report, Ivan Zolochevsky, who previously held the position of director general, "after the expiration of the labor contract accepted the offer to continue implementing the strategic projects of MTS Group in Ukraine as an advisor to the director general."

According to a company report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, Zolochevsky, who has held the post of director general since September 2011, was dismissed by the mutual agreement of both parties.
