Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has said it would be wrong to force the passing by Verkhovna Rada of the power decentralization changes to the country's Constitution.
"No one will be forcing the passage of the constitutional changes on second reading," Poroshenko said in an interview on the Channel 5 television on Sunday evening.
"It is now that we must do the work of explaining what the decentralization is," he said.
