Residents of aggressor state are banned from founding television and radio organizations in Ukraine - law
The Verkhovna Rada has passed a law banning residents of the aggressor country from founding and participating in television and radio organizations or program service providers.
The parliamentarians on Thursday supported this amendment to the law, which amends some laws on the transparency of media owners and the implementation of the principles of the state policies in the fielf of television and radio broadcasting.
Russia has been defined as the "aggressor country" in Ukraine's draft defense doctrine.
