EU stands united backing Ukraine 'in such hard time' – Mogherini

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the Commission Federica Mogherini discussed preparations for holding an informal sitting of the EU Council of Foreign Ministers in Luxemburg on September 4-5.

"She [Mogherini] made certain that EU is united when backing Ukraine in such uneasy time," the presidential press service said.

Mogherini also welcomed progress on Constitutional reform in Ukraine.
