Prosecution investigator won't go to Russia to investigate Yanukovych – Shokin
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin has said that Ukraine will not send a prosecution investigator to Russia to investigate former president Viktor Yanukovych as this would contravene Ukrainian law.
In addition, Shokin said that Yanukovych's defense hasn't notified the Prosecutor General's Office of the defendant's location.
Shokin said that the Prosecutor General's Office had no right to investigate in Russia.
Shokin added that he will speak in the Verkhovna Rada to inform the parliament on the course of investigations into high-profile cases.
