OSCE envoy calls on Donbas conflict sides to fulfill their obligations
OSCE special envoy Martin Sajdik thinks that it is necessary for parties to the Donbas conflict to respect obligations undertaken within the framework of the Minsk agreements.
This is important for people who live in Donbas, Sajdik told journalists in Minsk on Wednesday.
