Russian Army General Staff Chief Gerasimov to face international tribunal – Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine
Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoliy Matios is certain that Chief of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff Valery Gerasimov will be brought to justice and face an international tribunal.
"Shevchenkivsky [district] court has already ruled to arrest Gerasimov and other established servicemen of the Russian Federation," Matios said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.
He said that Gerasimov didn't come when summoned, and that he's unlikely to come at all.
"But I want to say that international crimes don't have an expiration date," Matios said.
