Rada's reform with support of European Parliament will start in Sept - Groysman
The reform of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will start in September with the support of the European Parliament, Chairman of the Ukrainian parliament Volodymyr Groysman has said.
"We will start the reform of the Ukrainian parliament in conjunction with the special mission of the European Parliament from September. I believe that it is difficult to qualitatively build a new system using old methods," he said on the Freedom of Speech program on ICTV Channel.
However, Groysman noted that in the course of this reform it is necessary to foresee provisions that will protect the rights of the opposition.
