If U.S. proposes Obama-Putin meeting in New York, Russia will consider it constructively – Lavrov
Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with U.S. President Barack Obama if the U.S. makes such a proposal, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"We presume that our American partners are sending us signals that they want to continue maintaining contacts. And if there is such a proposal on their part, I think our president will consider it constructively," Lavrov told journalists on Wednesday.
