West doesn't raise issue of lifting or easing sanctions against Russia not moving in this direction – Kuleba

"There are no talks on easing or lifting sanctions. And Russia hasn't done anything to come close to lifting of sanctions," Kuleba said on the air of Channel 5.
He also added that the issue of intensifying sanctions isn't being discussed now either. "But western countries are clearly ready to intensify sanctions at any moment, if an extreme escalation happens, God forbid," Kuleba added.
The diplomat thinks that world's sanctions against Russia proved their success. "There's direct and indirect affects making Russia take insensible steps causing its people to suffer. The dissatisfaction with the authorities growths and in a package it gives result," he said,
