Klimkin: Free elections in Donbas pledge of real stabilization of situation
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said it is necessary to give an opportunity to Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) monitors to take control over the situation in Donbas and to promote holding of elections on that territories.
"A one way for moving forward is de-escalation, granting a real control over the situation to the OSCE observation mission instead of [committing] arson attacks on their cars," he said during a briefing with Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Makei in Kyiv on Wednesday.
