Poroshenko to suggest criminal liability for smuggling excisable goods
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that he will bring an urgent bill to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on imposing criminal liability for smuggling excisable goods instead of administrative liability, which is the case now.
According to the President's press service, he said o at a meeting with Head of Zakarpattia Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal.
