Ukrainian PM to hold meeting of crisis headquarters on catastrophic situation in energy on August 3
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said the anti-crisis energy headquarters will meet on August 3 due to the situation in the energy sector.
"The situation in the energy sector is catastrophic. I will hold an anti-crisis energy headquarters [meeting] on Monday," Yatseniuk said during a meeting between government officials and the heads of the administrations of the eastern and southern regions in Kharkiv on Friday.
Yatseniuk said the energy sector is in crisis and the relevant ministry and the relevant state companies are not ready to supply heating and electrical power to the country.
