Ukraine's Constitutional Court to publish its conclusions on draft constitution amendments on decentralization on Friday
Ukraine's Constitutional Court on Friday will announce its conclusion on the query of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the constitutionality of the bill on amendments to the basic law regarding decentralization.
"On Friday, July 31, at 12.00, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine will officially announce its conclusion passed on July 30 on the query of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the compliance of the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine as regards the decentralization of power to the requirements of Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine," the court's press service reported on Thursday.
On July 16, the Verkhovna Rada voted in favor of sending the presidential bill on amending the Constitution to the Ukrainian Constitutional Court.
