Unknown individuals attack three Sberbank offices in Lviv
Unknown individuals threw 'Molotov cocktails' into an office of Sberbank located in Lviv's Valova Street, the press service for the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's Main Department for the Lviv region told Interfax.
"At 3:30 a.m., unknown individuals threw a bottle containing a 'Molotov cocktail' into the office of the bank located in Lviv's Valova Street, setting fire to it," Svitlana Dobrovolska, spokeswoman for the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's Main Department for the Lviv region, said.
Firefighters who came to the scene contained the fire, he said. The police found the remnants of a glass bottle at the site.
A criminal case has been opened based on Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism).
The police also said unknown individuals had broken windows in two other Sberbank offices (located in Ivan Franco Street and Prospekt Chornovol) last night.
