Police open criminal case after discovery of fake election seals in Chernihiv – interior minister

Police opened a criminal case after discovery of the forged seals of the election commissions meant to use at special elections in Chernihiv, Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said.

"A criminal case under Article 358, Part 1 [forgery of documents, seals, stamps and blanks] has been opened. The crime being documented," he wrote on his "Facebook" page on Saturday.
