Poroshenko appoints SBU intelligence chief Naida to replace Kondratiuk

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Vitaliy Naida as Chief of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) Intelligence Department.

The respective decree posted on the president's website on July 24.

Another decree dismisses Naida as Chief of the SBU department on intelligence protection of the country's interests in information security.

Also, Poroshenko dismissed Valeriy Kondratiuk as the previous SBU intelligence department chief.
