Poroshenko dismisses Constitutional Court judge Shyshkin – decree

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the dismissal of judge of the Constitutional Court Viktor Shyshkin.

Decree No. №444/2015 has been posted on the president's website.

Shyshkin was appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court under the president's quota on November 14, 2005, and he took his oath on August 4, 2006.
