Ukrainian state must hold monopoly on weapons - Poroshenko
Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has said that law enforcers in his country should monopolize the possession and use of weapons.
"I have already said that I am opposed to monopolism, but the Ukrainian state, law enforcement authorities must have the monopoly on weapons. If illegal armed groups rattle their sabers, they will get a sure and efficient response," the president said in an interview with the ICTV channel on Sunday evening.
