Ukraine, UK to counteract Russian propaganda together – Yatseniuk

Ukraine and the UK will together fight against Russian propaganda, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said.

"Opposing Russian informational aggression is the main thing we'll do with our British partners. We must tell the truth and show the truth on all world channels," Yatseniuk said in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday.

The PM noted that in addition to armed invasion Russia also globally executes information aggression against Ukraine. "Goebbels-style propaganda is the main Russia's weapon in the whole world," he said.

Yatseniuk said that together with British partners, Ukraine starts strategic communications and in fact changes communication system both in Ukraine and abroad.
