Draft version of Dutch report on MH-17 crash in Ukraine outs blame on separatists – CNN
Dutch experts investigating the crash of Malaysian airlines plane in eastern Ukraine have said that armed separatists are responsible for downing the plane, CNN reported based on the draft report.
According to the channel's source that saw the draft report of the Dutch Security Council, experts have established the area from were supposedly the rocket had been launched and came to the conclusion that militants controlled that area.
The document consists of a couple of hundred pages also specifies the exact type of the rocket that downed the plane and its trajectory.
Experts partially laid blame on Malaysia Airlines for letting its aircraft fly over conflict zone.
