Cabinet creates Ukrainian Special Communications state-run company
The Ukrainian government has decided to create a state-run company "Ukrainian Special Communications" and put it under the supervision of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.
"To establish that the main task of the state-run company is to ensure the work of special communication hubs in the times of peace, under the conditions of emergencies, a state of emergency and martial law in accordance with the laws [of Ukraine]," reads Cabinet of Ministers decree No.705 of July 8 which was announced on Tuesday.
The State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine has been tasked with managing the company and approving its members.
