Belarus might give humanitarian aid to Donbas residents – Foreign Ministry
First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Natalia Halibarenko and hers Belarusian counterpart Alexander Mikhnevich discussed the possibility of giving humanitarian aid to Ukraine for people who were injured as a result of military actions in certain territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reported.
"The parties also exchanged opinions on the situation in the east of the country, the possibility of Belarus giving humanitarian aid to effected territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," reads the statement issued by the Foreign Ministry's press service on Tuesday.
The parties also discussed the state of Belarusian-Ukrainian relations, in particular the issues of boosting mutual trade and holding a meeting of the Inter-governmental Ukrainian-Belarusian Mixed Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation in July 2015.
