'Normandy Four' loyal to Minsk agreements - Ukrainian foreign minister
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said that the meeting of foreign ministers of the 'Normandy Four' in Paris demonstrated the unanimity of opinions on the need to adhere to the Minsk agreements.
"It is over. All of us have supported commitment to Minsk in Paris. Russia too. Let us see who puts this loyalty into practice and how," he tweeted.
Klimkin said later that three subjects - ceasefire, prisoner exchange and elections consistent with the OSCE standards - remained crucial.
