New OSCE special envoy Sajdik has high expectations for Ukraine Contact Group meeting

Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Representative Heidi Tagliavini has announced that the Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine will hold a routine meeting in the Belarusian capital Minsk on Tuesday.

As usual, the sides meeting in Minsk will listen to the coordinators, and three sub-groups will meet today as well, she told reporters.

For his part, Martin Sajdik, an Austrian diplomat who will replace Tagliavini as the OSCE's special representative at the Contact Group, told reporters that he had high expectations for the group's Tuesday meeting.
