Shokin says he will bring Kyiv Court of Appeals head Chernushenko to account

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin intends to make a presentation to the Verkhovna Rada on bringing Head of Kyiv Court of Appeals Anton Chernushenko to account.

"Tomorrow I'll make a presentation to the Verkhovna Rada so as to bring to account judge Chernushenko, to remove [his] judge immunity, and to arrest him," Shokin said at a joint press conference with acting chief of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak in Kyiv on Monday.
