Putin sees no alternative to Minsk process in resolving Ukraine crisis

Russian President Vladimir Putin believes there is no alternative to the Minsk format for resolving the crisis in Ukraine.

"I believe there is simply no alternative to it, and however difficult it might be, it's necessary to follow this way," Putin said when asked at a press conference on Tuesday whether he believes the Minsk format of the Ukraine settlement process was still "alive."
