SBU chief sends PGO materials on suspicion of Constitutional Court head Baulin
Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) chief Valentyn Nalyvaichenko has signed and sent to the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) evidence regarding suspicion about chairman of the Constitutional Court Yuriy Baulin, the SBU press center has reported.
The SBU said Baulin is suspected of committing a crime, "which caused grave consequences – usurpation of power by Viktor Yanukovych" (abuse of office, Article 354, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
