Rescuers have no info on fate of Ukrzaliznytsia worker – Emergency Service
Rescuers have not been able to find a worker, who was onboard a fire train involved in the liquidation of a fire at an oil depot in Vasylkivsky district of Kyiv region, State Emergency Service Head Mykola Chechotkin has said.
"The situation with injured persons didn't change. However, we can't get in touch with one of the Ukrzaliznytsia workers, this is a fireman of a fire train, born in 1994. We can't find him at the hospitals, other establishments, [there is] no connection with him, we continue searching," he told the journalists on Wednesday.
He said 12 persons were injured as a result of the fire, including six employees of the State Emergency Service.
As reported, one employee of Pivdenno-Zakhidna Railways was announced as missing when extinguishing a fire at BRSM-Nafta oil depot.
Two railway employees were hospitalized.
