Ukrainian army withdrew heavy weapons from Donbas contact line

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have pulled all heavy weapons back from the line of contact in Donbas in accordance with the peace agreements for Ukraine reached at talks in the Belarusian capital Minsk in February, Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokeswoman Viktoria Kushnir has said.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine have moved all heavy weapons by the determined distance. Their current locations are under constant monitoring of the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe)," she told a press briefing in Kyiv.
