Poroshenko: We have full proof of Russian troops presence in Ukraine
Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has said Ukraine has substantial evidence of the presence of Russian troops in Donbas.
"Now we have full proof of the presence of regular units of the Russian army. Today, as you probably know, the OSCE and the International Committee of the Red Cross made an official statement about soldiers who are now being treated in our hospital," Poroshenko told journalists in Riga, where the Eastern Partnership summit is opening.
