Luhanskteplovoz plans to move address from Luhansk to Severodonetsk
Public joint-stock company Luhanskteplovoz, owned by Russia's Transmashholding (TMH), plans to transfer its location address (the address to which it is registered as a legal entity) from Luhansk to Severodonetsk (Luhansk region).
The issue has been put on the agenda of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 15, 2015.
The agenda also includes the amendments to the company's regulations and the registration of the amendments under Ukrainian law.
The company told Interfax-Ukraine that the decision is linked to the necessity of registering the company in territory controlled by the Ukrainian government.
Production facilities remain in Luhansk and have been illegally occupied by armed groups.
In Severodonetsk the company's address will be 52B, Gagarin Street. The meeting of the shareholders will be held in the building located at the new address.
Luhanskteplovoz produces mainline and shunting diesel locomotives, diesel and electric trains, trams, and spare parts for railway transport.
