Ukrainian Constitutional Commission chair denies receiving 'DPR', 'LPR' proposals on changes to Constitution
No proposals from the self-proclaimed 'Donetsk' and 'Luhansk People's Republics' on changes to the Constitution of Ukraine have been officially received by the constitutional commission, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Groysman said.
"The constitutional commission has not received any official proposals as of today," Groysman told a briefing following the commission's meeting on Friday.
