Trade Ministry decides to terminate all relations with Borovik
Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has reported that Sasha Borovik has not been appointed as First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade and the ministry will terminate all ties with him.
The ministry said that on February 20 Sasha Borovik was presented as a candidate for the post of first deputy minister, but hasn't been appointed and has never held an official post in the ministry.
"During nearly three months Sasha Borovik has been an adviser as he had experience on certain issues the ministry is responsible for. He took part in the meetings and some activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine but only as an adviser," the press service of the ministry said said.
The ministry said that it is continuing very important work on the implementation, promotion and monitoring of reforms, therefore it is important that all those who work and advise the ministry are able to work together in a constructive manner.
"For this reason the ministry decided to terminate all ties with Mr. Borovik," the press service said.
