Both sides in Donbas violate agreement to remove heavy weapons - OSCE mission

The Ukrainian armed forces and militants have yet remove all their heavy weapons from the dividing line in Donbas, says Alexander Hug, the deputy head of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

Neither the government, nor the paramilitary groups have completed the removal of heavy weapons as they should have done under the Minsk accords, Hug told reporters on Wednesday.
