LUKOIL-Ukraine has been renamed as AMIC Ukraine, according the unified state register of legal entities.
The company's fuel filling stations are currently undergoing rebranding and are changing their livery to green and white.
AMIC Ukraine said that the details of the rebranding would be available later this month.
As reported, LUKOIL Europe Holdings B.V. (a subsidiary of LUKOIL, the Russian Federation) and Austria's AMIC Energy Management GmbH on April 29 announced the closing of a deal on the sale of LUKOIL-Ukraine, which operates around 240 fuel filling stations and six tank farms in Ukraine.
