Poroshenko signs decree reprimanding Donetsk, Zakarpattia governors over engineering works
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree reprimanding the heads of Donetsk and Zakarpattia regional state administrations, Oleksandr Kikhtenko and Vasyl Hubal respectively, for inadequately fulfilling measures to build engineering structures intended to reinforce Ukraine's military defense.
"To deliver a reprimand to Vasyl Ivanovych Hubal, Head of Zakarpattia regional state administration, Oleksandr Tymofiyovych Kikhtenko, Head of Donetsk Regional State Administration, for inadequate fulfillment of measures related to the construction of engineering structures to reinforce the country's defense within the corresponding territories," reads the decree "On bringing to responsibility," dated March 12.
