Russian delegation to visit Brussels on May 17-19 for negotiations on EU-Ukraine association agreement
A Russian delegation plans to visit Brussels on May 17-19 to participate in the negotiations on the EU-Ukraine association agreement, Russian President Vladimir Putin said following a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
"I want to inform you that our delegation led by the economic development minster should visit Brussels on May 17-19," he said.
Putin noted that Merkel and he discussed at the talks the need to continue negotiations on Ukraine's association with the EU "with regard to Russian economic interests."
